How to practice martial arts (how to achieve better results when practicing martial arts?)
What should be paid attention to in daily martial arts practice? Based on our experience, I will give you some suggestions, hoping to help you practice martial arts.
1. It is better to choose a place with fresh air and quiet environment for practicing boxing. For Neijiaquan, it is easy to “hide your heart inside”, which is good for practice. The best times are in the morning and evening, or around 4pm to 6pm. For Waijia boxing, this is not only beneficial to improving skills, but also beneficial to the health of Youyou.
2. Prepare before practice, first let the whole body relax naturally. You can take a few deep breaths first, and concentrate your consciousness in the middle of the abdomen (that is, the “abdomen” part, forming a coordinated and natural abdominal breathing), and then you can move the joints in various parts of the body. Including: neck rotation, arm swing, waist twist, hip rotation, knee movement, jumping, leg press, shoulder press, basic gait and balance control, etc. , making the breathing soft and natural, the body joints stretching flexibly, and the control ability strengthened, which is of great benefit to improving the boxing effect, increasing the training mood, and avoiding injuries.
3. Many boxing routines do not have many movements. For teenagers and comrades with good physique, they can be practiced repeatedly in groups, and the amount of exercise can be slightly larger. You can do a set of two to three times each time. As for the weak and sick comrades, they can be appropriately reduced according to their physical conditions. Generally speaking, after practicing boxing, you should be comfortable and not feel tired. When practicing boxing, the clothes should not be worn too much, and the collar buttons should be left open. Before boxing, you should urinate empty, and the belt should be properly elastic. If you practice after a meal, it is better to practice one and a half hours to two hours later.
When you are in a bad mood, when you are hungry or full, or when you are overworked, you should not practice boxing. If these “minor problems” are not dealt with for a long time, they will also affect health.
4. In the process of practicing boxing, the power frame should be as accurate as possible, the head should be straight and natural, the eyes should change according to the boxing posture, the lips should be slightly closed, the tongue should touch the upper cavity, and the lower jaw should always be Hold on. On the basis of correct posture, the lower back should be kept naturally straight, and the buttocks or chest should not be protruded intentionally. Don’t shrug your shoulders, stay relaxed. When fighting, the spirit should be concentrated, the demeanor should be natural and solemn, and the fighting skills should be clear, accurate and stable.
After the practice, it is better to make some proper body adjustments, do a few deep breathing exercises and massage, so that the mental excitement and muscle tension generated during boxing can be relaxed and active rest. Especially before going to bed at night, restoring mental stability cannot be ignored.
