Tea, known as the mysterious oriental leaf, is an important part of our excellent Chinese traditional culture, tea tasting is also a regular program for Chinese people to go out to meet friends, and tea is a regular gift for many people during festivals. To sum up, the reason is that tea is elegant and beneficial to body and mind.
People who drink tea often leave an impression of calmness, elegance, and leisure. At that time I had a friend who was a university professor. Whenever friends go to his house for a party, he will bring out his treasured tea to entertain him. When he tastes tea, he is learned in every move and every move, and his knowledge of tea is also handy.
Every time I come to visit, I only feel a few sips of tea, the lips and teeth are fragrant, and the charm is endless. So I was led in by him, and I like tea, especially Chinese tea.
As it turns out, however, not all teas are for everyone. So, how to choose the tea that suits your taste?
First of all, every tea tastes different. For example, green tea is fragrant and mellow, black tea is sweet and refreshing, oolong tea is mellow and sweet, white tea is sweet and refreshing, yellow tea is mellow and delicious…Among them, black tea is my favorite flavor.
There are many kinds of black tea, and one of the more popular black tea categories in recent years is Lapsang species. Zhengxiaozheng is a kind of fully fermented tea, which is mainly produced in Tongmuguan, Xingcun Town, Wuyishan City. It was created by local tea farmers in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province in the late Ming Dynasty.
According to historical records, Zhengshan Renzhong is the earliest black tea in the world, with a history of more than 400 years. It is not an exaggeration to call it “the originator of black tea”.
There are many tea brands on the market, and the quality is uneven. It is not easy to choose a brand with super good quality and top grade. Here, I would like to recommend to you my favorite tea in recent years, Zheng Xing Fu Tea.
The “Zhengshan” of the so-called “Zhengshan Renzhong” black tea means “the real mountainous area”. There is a sentence in “Chinese Tea Classics”: It is produced in Tongmuguan, Xingcun Township, Chong’an County, Fujian Province, and is called “Zhengshan species”. In other words, the better-quality Zhengshan race should come from Mutong Village, Xingcun Town, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province.
The small species of black tea produced in Zhenghe, Tanyang, Pingnan, Gutian, Shaxian, Jiangxi Qianshan and other places imitates the quality of Zhengshan small species, but is only “outside the mountain” or “artificial small species”.
There are many tea brands on the market now, and the quality is uneven. It is not easy to choose a brand with high quality and high grade. Here, I would like to recommend to you my favorite tea in recent years, Zheng Xing Fu Tea.
As the so-called “three-point raw materials, seven-point craftsmanship”, the Zhengshan people in Zhengxing Prefecture are the best in raw materials and craftsmanship !
First of all, the tea trees planted in Tongmuguan, Zhengxing Prefecture, are all distributed in Tongmuli, Xingcun Town, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province: two pieces,Jiaoshan, Tanzigang; Tongmiao Bay: Zikengkou, Qianshankeng, Shibikeng, Falongkeng, Fengshujiao; Tongjiang Wharf: Tieshuao, Shiyanxia, Malingao, Nankeng, Yezhuling. Originally produced in the core production area of race black tea, it has a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and rich organic matter. It has unique natural conditions and geographical environment for breeding treasures. One, the Tongmuguan area has a subtropical monsoon climate, characterized by hot and rainy weather, abundant rainfall, and humid climate all year round, which is very suitable for the growth of Lapsang Souchong black tea.
Secondly, the average altitude of the Tongmuguan tea production area is about 1,000 meters, and the air in the mountainous area is thin and the air pressure is low. In order to suppress the excessive evaporation of water from the buds and leaves, the tea tree of Lapsang small grain tea has to form more aromatic oil by itself, which is also the reason why the tea aroma of Lapsang small grain black tea can last. Similarly, due to the abundant sunlight and large temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas, Lapsang black tea can accumulate more nutrients.
Secondly, the Zhengshan species of Zhengxingfu tea strictly follow the smoking process, and all authentic Tongmuguan smoked Zhengshan species are produced. As the country adopts misuse to restrict the felling of pine tree wood, the cost of traditional fumigation is getting higher and higher. Many tea makers in Wuyishan replaced the original smoke with ordinary drying, so the smoked Lapsang species became rarer in the market, and the tea from Zhengxingfu became more precious.
As for the origin of the unique masson pine smoking process of *** Lapsang Sai black tea, it is still an accidental “accident” !
During the tea picking season in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, an army came to Mutong Village today. The local tea farmers were terrified, and it was too late to turn the green tea into tea leaves, which caused the tea leaves to ferment. At that time, people had not discovered the value of fermented tea, and fermented tea was considered a loss, so tea farmers used local masson pine dry firewood to dry and preserve the tea. The small tea that has been fermented and smoked has been welcomed and loved by a large number of tea drinkers, leaving behind the unique imprint of black oil, tea fragrance and dried longan for the later Lapsang small black tea.
After reading these, you may have felt the profoundness of tea culture. I believe the more you know about tea culture, the more fun you will find. I wish you all a happy tea!
May everyone drink the right tea and drink good tea!
